El hombre que la viol\u00f3 y la embaraz\u00f3, su propio padre, mat\u00f3 a la reci\u00e9n nacida y la enterr\u00f3 a unos cuatro kil\u00f3metros de su vivienda en Morochata, un municipio a dos horas de Cochabamba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andrea no se llama as\u00ed; se cambi\u00f3 el nombre para proteger su identidad. Hu\u00e9rfana de madre, qued\u00f3 al cuidado de su padre junto a sus tres hermanos: una ni\u00f1a de 12 a\u00f1os y dos ni\u00f1os de 10 y 7. El caso sali\u00f3 a la luz el 17 de agosto. Seg\u00fan el fiscal departamental de Cochabamba, Osvaldo Tejerina, las autoridades imputaron al hombre, de 50 a\u00f1os, por violaci\u00f3n de infante, ni\u00f1o, ni\u00f1a o adolescente, e infanticidio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las investigaciones preliminares se\u00f1alan que el acusado agredi\u00f3 a su hija en dos ocasiones; la \u00faltima fue en diciembre de 2024 y result\u00f3 en un embarazo. Siete meses despu\u00e9s, la menor dio a luz a una beb\u00e9 prematura.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan su testimonio, el padre le quit\u00f3 la vida a la reci\u00e9n nacida asfixi\u00e1ndola con una bolsa pl\u00e1stica y luego la enterr\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al conocer lo ocurrido, los comunarios lo retuvieron cuando acudi\u00f3 a votar.
